Barberville, FL — The 37th Annual Alltel DIRTcar Nationals wrapped up in front of packed Volusia Speedway Park with Billy Moyer capturing the World of Outlaws Late Model Series feature, his third Dirt Late Model win of the event, with Jimmy Horton grabbing the Advance Auto Parts Big Block Modified feature. Moyer won the Dirt Late Model Alltel DIRTcar Nationals title while Brett Hearn and Billy Pauch split the Big Block Modified championship.
